ALL RETURNED ITEMS ARE FOR STORE CREDIT OR EXCHANGE ONLY.
RETURNS ARE ACCEPTED WITHIN 10 DAYS OF THE POSTMARKED DELIVERY OF YOUR ORDER.
Items can be exchanged for a different size and/or color. If the exchanged item is of greater value, the price difference must be paid prior to shipping your new order.Store Credit:
Store Credit is valid for one (1) year from receipt of return & can be used toward any item in store. Store credit will be emailed to your email on file in 1-2 days after return receipt.
Please Note: All items must be unworn, unwashed, have all tags attached & in original packaging.
Any items returned in any condition other than as originally sent or received as damaged will not be eligible for store credit or exchange. In this case, customers will be charged for return shipping.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Business days are Monday- Friday 9 am -5 pm EST.
We do not ship on all federal holidays & weekends.
When placing your order, please make sure the billing address and contact information are correct. In the event, that your information does not match, your order may be held pending verification.
When specifying shipping address information, be sure to check that the zip code, city & state are correct.
We ship via USPS unless otherwise specified.

International orders may be subject to duties and taxes. Courtney Noelle is not responsible for customs duties or taxes, all import fees are the responsibility of the customer.
Tracking Your Order
All orders take 7-10 business days to ship.
Once your order has been shipped you will receive your tracking information via the email on file. Please check your spam folder for your confirmation and/or tracking email, as an email server may mistakenly sort them.
Please allow 1-2 business days for the tracking information to update.
Once an item has been shipped, we are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages.

Helpful measuring tips!
For bust size, measure around your chest at the fullest part of your bra cup. Make sure you go under your arms.
Measure around the smallest part of your waistline with one finger between your body and the measuring tape.
Stand with your heels together, keeping measuring tape straight and parallel to the floor. Measure around the fullest part of your hips.
